Patrick has managed managed many projects in both the public and private sector as both a permanent employee and as a contractor. He is euqlly at home running software development or infrastructure projects. 

Software Development

Patrick has managed the development of several high profile software development projects. These include the Abbey National Business Banking Internet channel, the Bank Of Scotland Corporate Banking project and multiple client server developments. 

Implementation Management 

Patrick recently performed an implementation manager role for a data warehouse projects where he managed agile releases over a 3 year period, approx 35 releases. Technologies used where Teradata, Informatica, Oracle and mainframe batch scheduling.

Infrastructure Project Management

Patrick has worked on several Datacentre exit projects. He is a skilled data centre auditer. He has build decommisioning schedules and worked with external partners to ensure timely data centre exit.
